We prorate automatically. If you add a user halfway through the month, you only pay for the remaining days. If you remove a user, the credit applies to your next invoice.
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Annual plans are billed once a year at a ~22% discount and can be canceled at renewal.
When your team grows past a tier’s user count, we automatically move you to the next tier at its lower per-user rate. The difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle — no action required on your end.
