Each time you search for nearby businesses from a customer location, that counts as one search. Results are cached for 90 days, so revisiting the same area won't use another search.
We prorate automatically. If you add a user halfway through the month, you only pay for the remaining days. If you remove a user, the credit applies to your next invoice.
